Gingrich Tax Plan Raises Deficit and Gives Huge Cuts to Millionaires

An analysis by the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center has concluded that presidential candidate Newt Gingrich's tax plan, released in December 2011, would add $1.3 trillion to the federal budget deficit in 2015 alone. The majority of the tax cuts would favor the absolute richest Americans: those in the top 1% and 0.1%.
